  • When will my order ship?

Our products usually – key word usually – ship within 1-3 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

  • My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes USPS(post office) tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

  • How are shipping rates calculated?

We freee shipping for all orders. But if your order less than USD8, we will ship by regular mail (No tracking), If more than USD8, we will ship by registed mail(you can track it at post office website). All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import.   • Taxes & Duties

Q: Do I have to pay tax?

A: Maybe. It depends on which country you receive the goods. Some countries have few restrictions to import goods and no taxes. Other countries are quite restrictive and have high taxes. Before you import large quantities of China electronics to your country, you'll need to research the law and practices in your country (or shipping destination countries if you are drop shipping internationally). Please note that no sales taxes or any other hidden fees are charged by Tashells.

Q: Do you add extra tax charges, VAT, sales tax to order totals?

A: No, we do not add any sales taxes or hidden charges to orders. The order total you see (goods total + shipping) is what you pay us. However, you may be charged some taxes by Custom of your country when importing goods. Please consult your local tax office in advance.

Q: How do you deal with Custom problems? What are you going to do if our goods get stuck at the Custom?

A: We have customers in different countries and normally have no problem to get through the Customs. However, we could not 100% guarantee, since Custom policy may change. If your goods get stuck at the customs, we will do everything possible to help.

Q: Do I need special knowledge for importing goods through Customs?

A: No, in most countries, import is easy and you don't need to do anything specially. The courier or freight company will manage the whole clearance process at Customs for your small or medium sized orders. 

Q: The customs told me to wait 2 months. What should I do?

A: Would you please find a custom clearance agency to help you with this? A custom agency can help you more than us since we are not much clear about the rules in your Custom. On the meantime, we will do whatever we can to help you.

Q: What documents do you provide? Will we get everything we need for custom clearance?

A: We generally provide a commercial invoice as attached with every shipment, if you have any special request for the invoice or need more documents, please feel free to contact us.

Q: I have not received the goods, it has been blocked by Custom, please give me the full refund.

A: Sorry to hear that, we stated on website that customers are responsible for the destination custom clearance, as we only can promise to deliver parcel safely through the custom in China, we do not know much about your custom, we feel really sorry  for the problem with your last shipment. Please contact with your related sales for resolutions.

  • Do you combine orders?

Orders are subject to being automatically combined by our system if placed on the same day and shipping to the same address. 

  • Why is my order unfulfilled?

No need to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens!

  • Package is in my country but tracking hasn’t updated.

We are super excited for you to receive your goodies, but please be patient! International orders may take up to 21 business days to be delivered. It is often helpful to refer to your local courier's online tracking, as it may have more accurate tracking information for your order.   • My international tracking is not updating.

We're so sorry for the delay with your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you.   • Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

Yes! We do deliver to PO boxes. :)

  • Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?

Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. You should still be able to update your address on the USPS website, though! If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens!

  • Are there any known delivery delays in my area?

  • Delivery and Returns Delays

We do our very best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however once your order is transferred to USPS, it may encounter delays during its journey to you. The same is true for orders determined to be undeliverable by USPS and returned to our HQ. Unfortunately, we can only view the same information that you can via your order’s tracking number. Please allow our full shipping times to pass before reaching out to our Customer Care team!

  • How do I track the delivery of my order?

Yay, you are so close to receiving your goodies! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you. If you have an account with us, you can also access the tracking number for your order there, once it becomes available. You can locate this information under your Account Details, where your full order history is accessible.

  • Do you offer expressshipping?
